Huntsville, AL, December 23, 2024— FINAO Solutions, LLC, a radiology and medical imaging solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Murphy as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective August 1, 2024. With a wealth of experience in leading operational and technological transformations, Chris will play a pivotal role in advancing FINAO’s mission to innovate and enhance its service offerings.
Chris brings over 13 years of experience in executive leadership, having served as the former President of Hosted America, VP of Technology for Altus, and VP of Operations for Momentum Telecom. Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated a unique ability to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
At FINAO Solutions, Chris will be instrumental in introducing next-generation voice technology to enhance customer communication platforms and improve service delivery. His extensive background in technology and operations will also be pivotal in the successful deployment of Salesforce which will unify the company’s systems and enhance collaboration across departments.

In addition to his work with Salesforce, Chris will oversee the deployment of Service Cloud to streamline customer service operations and provide a more personalized experience for FINAO’s clients. He will also work with the team to implement Milestones PM+, a robust project management tool, to ensure efficient management of client projects and improve delivery timelines.
