ScheduleView enables an institution to have an encompassing view of past, current, and future appointments, and the real-time color-coding grants a quick glimpse of the status for each patient order. The front desk uses this tool to perform patient appointment edits, such as checking-in, cancelling, or re-scheduling of appointments. Nurses will mark when patient preparation is complete and the Technician watches to determine when the patient is ready for the procedure. Radiologists will see when the images are complete, and the study can be read. The Physicians can use the program to determine when the patient procedure status goes to final and the report is available from the radiologist. ScheduleView gives the Director of Radiology an overall view of patient flow throughout their facility, or multiple facilities, if needed.
ScheduleView allows preparation for patient visits to be performed any time prior to the appointment. The nurses complete each customized patient information form that will be generated from ScheduleView. This saves time and allows for better patient preparedness before arrival.
