HUNTSVILLE, AL, November 10th, 2025 — FINAO Solutions, LLC , a company that focuses on designing and implementing tailored radiology and medical imaging information management systems, along with AI-powered solutions—including imaging platforms, voice recognition technology, and clinical workflow tools—for hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician networks, today announced its successful completion of its TYPE 1 SOC 2 examination as of September 15, 2025 and includes the following scopes:

The scope of this examination includes the systems, processes, and controls maintained by FINAO that support the delivery of its core platform and related services to customers. Specifically, the scope encompasses the production infrastructure, application environments, and information security management processes that are relevant to the Trust Services Criteria for Security. This includes controls over logical and physical access, change management, data transmission and storage, and system monitoring.
